IMMEDIATE JOINING MANDATORY: Civil Engineer with 15+ years of work experience in Tunnelling projects. Must have worked as Project Manager in Metro Rail projects. Specializing in tunnel boring machines (TBM) with a diameter greater than 7 meters. SALARY AND BENEFITS: Annual Salary INR ₹27 to ₹30 Lakhs. Excellent benefits. Amazing growth opportunities. Job Responsibilities: This position will be responsible for working on site to ensure that the tunnel construction is being completed on schedule in accordance with approved contract documents. Resident Engineer for the construction of Tunnels on the metro rail project. Ensure all the civil designs of Tunnels are correct and implemented to site as per the designs and specifications. Ensure tunnel work is in accordance with approved contract documents. Oversee contractor’s tunnel construction operations as scheduled. Monitor and maintain records of the Tunnel Boring Machines principal functions including inspection and maintenance. Ensure contractor adheres to Quality Control (QC) and method statement submittals. Monitor contractor’s compliance with safety programs reporting deficiencies to the contract administrator. Proven ability to make timely decisions using professional judgment and work efficiently in a diverse workforce. Skills Minimum of 15 years’ experience working on underground Metro projects Demonstrated ability to work with Tunnel Boring Machines (TBM )/Earth Pressure Balancing Machines /Slurry Machines with a diameter more than 7 metres. Expert in Tunnelling construction methods. Civil background. Ability to communicate effectively, verbal and written.
