Basic Work Schedule
- 1 Week preparation of detail drawings, finalizing of quantities and ordering of materials.
- 1 – 2 Weeks preparation on and off site.
- 3 – 4 Weeks to glue EPS bars 25kg/m3, 40mm thk, width : 100mm on the between of the profiles of the existing steel deck to full filled the valley, then apply the galvanize steel plate 0,70mm thk on top to make a new surface for application Sarnafil membrane.
- Site access set up
- Site logistics set up
- Site store set up
- Preparation of roof surfaces, cleaning
- Preparation of penetration areas, cleaning
- 6 – 8 Weeks installation of PVC roofing membrane based on the pre – planed sequence of work starting from “ridge down” to avoid water ingress from fastener punctured existing roofing membrane. The average speed of installation for the roofing system is approx. 500m2 per day.
- Concurrent 8 Weeks installation of PVC membrane detailing works to penetrations, outlets and up stands.
- 1 Week site clearing and demobilization.
Basic Material Schedule
4 – 6 Weeks delivery time for PVC Roofing Membrane, Felt and Fastening accessories
- 8 Weeks delivery time for adhesive for up stand detailing

Site Personnel shall consist of:
- 1 full time Roof Specialist / Project Manager
- 3 full time Supervisor/ Foreman.
- 8 full time Specialist Installer.
- 15 – 20 full time Installer / Worker
- 1 – 2 Technicians will be present during initial, middle stage of installation to guide certified contractor on the execution of the project, in conclusion for quality checking.
- 1 Product Specialist / Supervisor.
